This week is Assistant Principals Appreciation Week. GHS would like to send a special shoutout to Ms. Lackey, Mr. Lamanna, Mr. Martin and Ms. Rogers for their hard work and dedication to Graham. Today the GHS PTO honored these individuals with a token of appreciation. Thank you GHS PTO for providing the wonderful breakfast.

The tickets for GHS Prom are now on sale! Students will use the QR code on the flyer to purchase tickets. Please note that the price of tickets does increase after Spring Break. Questions about prom should be directed to Summer Rogers, Assistant Principal at GHS.

In order for students to receive bus transportation for the 1st day of school, they must have their information updated by May 1.

Good Evening Graham High School Families, this is Jennifer Lackey, Assistant Principal, with some important announcements. This week is a four day work week for students. Friday, March 31st is a Teacher Workday. Spring Break begins on Friday, April 7th. Students will return to school on April 17th. The NCAA Watch party will be Saturday, April 1st. The times will be listed next week.
An email has been sent to ALL students regarding their interest in Saturday Academy. Saturday Academy allows students to make up credits, receive tutoring, prepare for EOCs or AP exams, prepare for the ACT or SAT and/or gain OCS Work Hours. Please encourage your student to check their email and complete the survey titled Saturday Academy Survey. If you are a senior needing assistance in a required course to graduate, please make every effort to attend. Also, Evening Academy is held every Monday through Thursday from 4:15 to 6:15. This is another way for students to receive tutoring and/or work to complete Credit Recovery.
Families, we will host our Face-2-Face on Tuesday, April 18th from 5:00-6:30. Report cards will be issued and parents can meet with teachers. Hotdogs and Chips will be served. Seniors interested in going on the Senior Trip to Carowinds, there will be two parent meeting sessions offered. One from 4:30-5:00 and the other from 6:30-7:00.
Juniors and Seniors get excited! It’s prom season! Tickets will go on sale this week. You can purchase a single ticket for $40 or couples can purchase together for $70. This price will stay in effect until April 6th. After Spring break, tickets will increase to $50 for a single and $80 for a couple. We will see you at prom, on April 29th.

Doors will open at 5:30. Concessions will be sold. Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door.

The GHS PTO will be hosting a fundraiser at Wendy's in Graham. Dine in or drive through anytime on Thursday March 16th and enjoy some good food with us. Here are your announcements for the week ahead. Feb 14th is the Hugs & Kisses PTO Fundraiser Pickup/delivery date.The GHS chorus is having a fundraiser for the week of Valentine's Day and the week after, February 13-24. The deadline to send requests for chorus members to sing songs individually or as a group to someone is Friday, February 17. The cost is $5! The google form is shared with all GHS students. Feb 15th is National SRO Day. We would like to thank Officer Parks for his dedication to Graham High School.
ACCESS Testing will take place this week. If your student is a Multi-Language learner, please have them report to school on time. If you have any questions regarding this, please reach out to Ms. Krista Brooks or Assistant Principal Jeremy Martin.

Good Evening Graham High School Families. This is Summer Rogers, assistant principal with some important announcements for the week ahead.
Attention 9th, 10th and 11th students and parents, GHS will host our Registration Fair on Tuesday, February 7th from 4:30-6:30. As we prepare for registration, the fair will give students/parents the opportunity to speak with teachers and counselors regarding class offerings including Advanced Placement, honors level, elective options and special programs for the upcoming school year. Students and parents are highly encouraged to attend. We look forward to seeing you there.
Senior night for both girls and boys basketball will be held Wednesday Feb. 8th
Herff Jones will be on the campus at GHS Friday 2/10/23 to accept payments and orders for Cap & Gown from 10:30-2:00pm. If you have any questions contact Herff Jones at 336-228-7770
Cap & Gown pics for GHS Senior Class of 2023 will be held in the small gym Feb 15. If you have not received your order form, those forms can be found in the front office with Ms. Lugo.
Report cards were handed out to all students at GHS during lunch Friday 2/3/23.
All 11th grade students will be taking the ACT March 7th. Students and parents should contact AP Lackey if they have any questions.
