Good Evening Wildcat Families,
We hope everyone had a great weekend. We are now into daylight saving time so remember to spring forward an hour if you have not already.
It is critical that all students are on time and present for school. Strong attendance helps students build positive habits, strong relationships, and academic confidence. Last week our attendance rate was just under 93 %. We need your help to make sure all of our students are here each day and on time. Remember if your child is out that you need to submit an absence note using the link on the school website. All students should be in class by 7:50.
As a reminder if you need to change your child’s transportation information for the day, please be sure to complete the transportation change form on the school website prior to 2pm. If you are picking up your child in the car rider line please make sure you have your car rider tag displayed. All students should be picked up by 3:00.
4th and 5th grade choir participants will have practice on Monday and Wednesday mornings this week.
On Wednesday, March 11th, fifth grade students will go on their field trip to the Alamance Battleground.
On Thursday, March 12th we have Talent Show Night.

For parents and visitors coming to have lunch please remember that outside food and drinks are not permitted in the cafeteria.

The Alamance-Burlington School System is redrawing its school boundaries for the 2026–2027 school year. ABSS has posted the rezoning information on the district website. Street-level view maps and presentations are all available on the ABSS webpage.
