If you have any items to donate for your child’s grade level basket for the PTO Fall Festival please be sure to turn it in tomorrow.
We are looking forward to the PTO Fall Festival on Friday, October 9th from 6:30-8:30. The PTO is not charging admission to the Fall Festival but is asking for donations of canned soup and or canned Chef Boyardee to benefit our backpack food program. We hope everyone will come out and join us on Friday evening.
Now for a few general reminders:
It is critical that all students are on time and present for school. Remember if your child is out that you need to submit an absence note using the link on the school website to upload your note.
As a reminder students not enrolled in the before school program can be dropped off after 7:20 in the morning. Please make sure your child is prepared to unload in the morning and that they unload from the passenger side. All students should be in class by 7:50. If you enter the car line after this time you are tardy and you will need to walk your child in and sign them in.
If you need to change your child’s transportation information for the day, please be sure to complete the transportation change form on the school website prior to 2pm. We dismiss at 2:35 in the afternoon. If you are picking up your child in the car rider line please display your car rider tag. All car riders should be picked up by 3:10.
For parents and visitors coming to have lunch please remember that outside food and drinks are not permitted in the cafeteria. We encourage all families to complete the free and reduced lunch application. Even if your child qualified in the past, you must complete the form each year.
