Good Evening Wildcat Families,
During the month of November we will focus on Teamwork. This month we’re challenging students to work together toward a common goal and shared purpose. We are partnering with you to grow and develop teamwork in your child. We can do this by modeling gratefulness, acknowledging positive moments, and affirming each other. Use this month’s activities to practice working together and celebrate your family as a team.
Be sure to check out the family newsletter for November.

Tuesday, November 3rd is a teacher workday and there is no school for students.
On Wednesday, November 4th report cards are available to view in Infinite Campus.
Our fall fundraiser orders will be delivered to the school on Thursday, November 5th. Please plan to stop by to pick up your items anytime between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. We’re not able to send home perishable or breakable items with students. Small orders that aren’t perishable or breakable can be sent home with your child. Larger or fragile orders will need to be picked up by an adult during pick-up hours. Thank you so much for supporting our fundraiser—we really appreciate your help!
In honor of Veterans Day, if you are a veteran or have a veteran in your family, we would like to say thank you! You are invited to submit the name of the veteran, branch of service and photo to be placed on our bulletin board honoring Veterans. You can send the information to school with your student. Please do not send original photos. If your child would like to make a card or letter in honor of Veterans Day please send those in by Friday of this week.
Now for a few general reminders:
As a reminder for safety all vehicles should follow the traffic pattern through the car rider line and parking lot. Please make sure that you enter and exit appropriately at the designated locations.
It is critical that all students are on time and present for school. Remember if your child is out that you need to submit an absence note using the link on the school website to upload your note.
As a reminder students not enrolled in the before school program can be dropped off after 7:20 in the morning. Please make sure your child is prepared to unload in the morning and that they unload from the passenger side. All students should be in class by 7:50. If you enter the car line after this time you are tardy and you will need to walk your child in and sign them in.
If you need to change your child’s transportation information for the day, please be sure to complete the transportation change form on the school website prior to 2pm. We dismiss at 2:35 in the afternoon. If you are picking up your child in the car rider line please display your car rider tag. All car riders should be picked up by 3:10.
We currently have an overdue lunch balance of $723. Please be sure to pay your child’s overdue lunch balance online at https://www.k12paymentcenter.com/
Please help us pay the lunch debt down. You can donate at www.AllforLunch.org/EMHoltES This page is dedicated specifically to our school, and 100% of the donations will go directly back to our school to help eliminate school lunch debt. There are no fees, and all donations are tax-deductible. Donors will automatically receive a receipt via email after giving.
For parents and visitors coming to have lunch please remember that outside food and drinks are not permitted in the cafeteria.
