Good afternoon Western Alamance Middle School families,
I hope everyone enjoyed the beautiful Fall weather. This is a great time to log into Infinite Campus and check your child’s grades. We encourage you to have conversations with your student about any outstanding assignments that need to be completed and submitted. We have several important updates and reminders to keep everyone on track, so please take a moment to review the information below. Let’s make this another great week!
PTO: Important date and time change: Due to the football game being rescheduled for Oct. 16, we have moved the Glow Dance to Oct. 23 from 5-7. Tickets are $10. We accept cash and Venmo. Tickets will be sold until October 21. No tickets will be sold the day of the dance. We would love to have you volunteer. Please see the SignUpGenius link below!
Thanks to everyone who donated their gently used items for our first fundraiser of the year. Two Men and a Truck volunteered their time to transport the items to Savers Thrift. We donated over 2, 000 pounds of goods and kept it out of landfills! We were able to get nearly $400 for those donations. We will be able to fully fund the first nine weeks PBIS incentive of shaved ice for all eligible students.

It’s time to apply for free and reduced cost breakfast and lunches. Families must reapply each year to receive continued benefits. Complete the electronic free and reduced lunch form for the 2026-2027 academic year.
