Voices and waving 🇺🇸 filled the room as third graders at EM Holt sang for Veteran's Day! They performed American patriotic songs for the school, families, and veterans, who were recognized with a round of applause. Their art provided the perfect backdrop! #ABSSCommunity

E.M. Holt fifth graders learned so much during their Sound to Sea trip along the Outer Banks! 🌊 They engaged in various habitat-focused activities, teaching them about the importance of sound and salt marsh water quality, the adaptations of organisms including whales 🐋 and the threats facing endangered sea turtles. Lastly, what better way to learn about the anatomy of a squid than by dissecting one? 🦑 #StudentCenteredFutureFocused
